- Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance clients
- Handle renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and coverage reviews
- Support new business onboarding and assist producers as needed
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by providing consultative coverage guidance
- Collaborate with producers, carrier partners, and internal support teams
- Stay current on carrier appetites, market trends, and coverage developments
- 3+ years of commercial P&C insurance experience
- Strong generalist knowledge across major commercial lines
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and support retention
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Active Property & Casualty license required
- Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Maple Shade, NJ
- Base salary: $60,000-$80,000 , depending on experience
- Performance-based incentives and bonus potential
