About the Role The successful candidate will have over 10 years of demonstrated success on a wide range of commercial construction projects. Responsibilities Management of the entire regional construction labor force - hiring, assigning projects, assigning managers, monitoring labor productivity, control and evaluate temporary labor. Training - apprentices, journeymen, foremen, superintendents, and safety. Qualifications Over 10 years of experience in commercial construction projects, including: healthcare, advanced technology, mission critical, lab, manufacturing, cultural, office, aviation, high rise, higher education / k-12, senior living, hospitality, and multifamily. Required Skills Proven track record in managing construction projects. Strong leadership and communication skills. Experienced managing large Commercial Construction project Preferred Skills Experience in a variety of commercial construction sectors.
