Amish patients make up nearly 50% of customers, and they see more Amish patients than any other hospital in the world.Because the location is culturally unique, their priority is finding a candidate that they feel is an appropriate fit for the population. The ideal candidate would be sensitive to the cultural differences of the area, have a compassionate and caring personality and be a team player. • This is an employed position with a hospital affiliated group.
• Outpatient practice based in an office which is fully staffed and supported by group. Many specialty services available within the organization.

Our compensation structure includes:
• Base salary based on the MGMA standard for our geographical area as well as the potential to earn incentive components including quality, patient satisfaction, and other practice goals.
• In addition, we offer the potential to earn an incentive, based on WRVU, for providing clinical care during inpatient hospital coverage.
• Other benefits include health insurance, professional liability coverage, CME allowance, paid time off (PTO) and retirement plan participation.
