Wet Willie's is seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, staffing, budgeting, and guest service at our Utah location. You will lead a team, ensure compliance with policies, and drive profitability through effective control of costs and labor. The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering high standards of food quality and cleanliness.
