McDougal, Boehmer, Foley, Lyon, Mitchell & Erickson is a long-standing San Diego-based law firm representing businesses and public agencies. The Firm seeks a dynamic and self-motivated attorney with strong litigation experience to join our legal team. Reasonable billable hour requirement.

Qualifications:

Five-ten years of litigation experience, including law and motion work, and experience taking and defending depositions; Trial / administrative hearings / arbitration experience a plus;

• Have a J.D. from an ABA accredited law school with good academic credentials;
• Be admitted by the California State Bar;
• Have strong analytical and excellent legal research and writing skills;
• Possess strong communication skills; and
• Have excellent time management abilities.

Preferred candidates will also have experience representing municipal clients in litigation matters.
