Senior Technical Recruiter - Part-Time, Remote

We are seeking a skilled Senior Technical Recruiter to join our remote talent team on a part-time basis. This opportunity is well suited to a recruiter who has a strong background in technology hiring and enjoys taking ownership of searches from initial sourcing through successful placement. You will support recruitment across a range of technology environments, including software development, AI, blockchain, and other emerging technology sectors. The role requires someone who can work independently, develop effective sourcing strategies, assess technical talent, and maintain strong communication throughout the hiring process. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing multiple searches at once and working with geographically distributed teams in a fast-moving recruitment environment.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

* Own recruitment assignments from candidate identification through interview coordination and offer stages
* Develop targeted sourcing strategies for technical and technology leadership positions
* Identify potential candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, professional networks, referrals, job boards, and other sourcing channels
* Review resumes and profiles and conduct initial candidate assessments
* Evaluate candidates based on technical background, relevant experience, communication, and overall role alignment
* Maintain active talent pipelines and proactively identify candidates for current and upcoming requirements
* Coordinate interview stages and ensure candidates receive timely updates throughout the process
* Work closely with hiring stakeholders to understand role requirements and adjust sourcing strategies when needed
* Provide candidate overviews, recruitment updates, interview feedback, and market observations
* Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure recruitment activities are properly documented

What We’re Looking For

* 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment, technical recruiting, or talent acquisition
* Demonstrated experience recruiting for software engineering and other technology-focused positions
* Background working in a recruitment agency, staffing company, RPO, talent consultancy, or similarly fast-paced environment
* Strong understanding of technical roles, engineering organizations, and modern technology stacks
* Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional sourcing platforms
* Ability to understand technical requirements and identify candidates whose experience aligns with them
* Strong candidate engagement and relationship-building skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Ability to prioritize multiple searches and manage recruitment deadlines independently
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Comfortable working remotely with teams and candidates across different countries and time zones
* Additional Experience That Would Be Valuable
* Recruitment experience within AI, blockchain, Web3, SaaS, fintech, or other emerging technology sectors
* Experience sourcing senior engineers, technical leads, product professionals, or technology executives
* Familiarity with GitHub and technical communities as candidate-sourcing channels
* Experience supporting international or distributed hiring
* Strong Boolean search and talent-mapping skills
* Ability to build proactive pipelines rather than relying only on active applicants
