Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify each patient’s needs, and develop personalized treatment plans that address their specific mental health challenges.
• Utilize evidence-based solution-focused therapeutic interventions to promote positive behavioral change and mental well-being.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards, ensuring a seamless flow of information within the care team.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
