Responsibilities Assess patient needs, develop recover­y plans, and deliver physical therapy. Design individualized programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance the patient’s physical abilities. Adapt to the patient’s needs and find joy in the variety of work settings. Collaborate with peers and make referrals to support the patient’s overall care. Train patients and caregivers on skills necessary for independence and productivity. Serve as a healer and helper, addressing the whole patient and viewing them as an individual. Title Physical Therapist Location / Work Environment In‑facility Reporting Structure Reporting to Director of Rehab Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or a Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field plus a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus five years of progressively responsible PT experience. For degrees earned outside the U.S., the qualifying Physical Therapy degree must be evaluated as the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
