Composite Technician

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Composite Technician located in Bath, ME. The Composite Technician will be responsible for hands-on work in the manufacturing of composite parts and structures. Daily tasks include preparing molds, cutting and laying composite materials, and assembling components to meet specifications. The technician will also oversee quality assurance, use hand and power tools, and work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines while sustaining high standards of craftsmanship in every project. Qualifications Strong Team Skills Motivated and encouraging Strong attention to detail Experience with composite materials, mold preparation, and lay-up processes Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic shop equipment Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints Understanding of quality control processes and attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to new techniques Physical ability to perform manual and detailed tasks in a manufacturing environment High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in composites manufacturing is a plus Experience in marine or renewable energy manufacturing is preferred but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
