Location: Middle Tennessee (Gallatin, Hermitage, Nashville & surrounding areas)
Contract Type: 1099 / Independent Contractor
Start Date: Immediate

Position Overview

We are expanding our team for a contracted route with Ryder Last Mile, Inc., delivering Whirlpool appliances to residential customers. We are hiring a Driver and Helper who take pride in safe delivery, careful installation, and professional customer service.

Responsibilities

Deliver Whirlpool appliances to customer homes
Perform drop-off and/or full installation (washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, etc.)
Protect appliances from scratches, dents, or damage always
Maintain a clean, professional appearance and customer‐focused attitude
Follow Ryder Last Mile delivery protocols
Complete delivery documentation accurately
Work efficiently as a two‐person team

We offer a competitive weekly pay structure, plus performance‐based incentives:

Weekly route pays based on stop volume
Installation bonuses for completed installs

Driver Requirements

Valid driver’s license
Clean driving record
Ability to operate a 16–26 ft box truck
Appliance delivery experience preferred
Able to lift 75–100 lbs. with assistance
Strong mindfulness
Background check is mandatory

Helper Requirements

Able to lift and maneuver heavy appliances
Installation experience preferred
Reliable, punctual, and customer‐friendly
Background check is mandatory
