Role Overview
As a key liaison between technical IT and non-technical program staff, you will empower our team with data-driven insights. Your responsibilities will include analyzing complex data sources, developing AI prompts, and enhancing data literacy across the organization. Your work will directly influence our agency's analytical reporting and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in business requirements gathering and data profiling for complex analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.
- Experience in a senior business/systems analyst or data liaison role.
Preferences
- 5 years of experience with Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse.
- Experience in health and human services or regulated environments.
- Familiarity with data governance and data quality principles.
- Experience with data profiling tools like Snowflake Cortex or Toad.
- Experience in AI prompt development.
