Position Overview Our Pearl City Plaza is hiring for a Concierge! You'll be the face of our community and the first impression for all visitors. This role is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality, managing front-desk communications, and supporting our marketing and sales efforts to create a warm, inviting atmosphere for potential residents and guests. Responsibilities Warmly greet potential residents, families, and visitors to set a positive for the The Plaza community. Manage internal and external calls, take accurate messages, and provide community information to support sales and marketing inquiries. Monitor the Bistro area to ensure refreshments are stocked, music is playing, and the space remains clean and welcoming. Perform general administrative and clerical duties to maintain smooth front-desk operations.
