Job Title: Assistant Store ManagerDepartment: OperationsHiring Range: $19.50-21.00/hr. depending on store location, merit, and employee experience (may be eligible for pay increase after 90-day probationary period)FLSA: Non-exempt (eligible for overtime)DOL Status: Full-time and part-time availableReports to: Store ManagerPosition Summary:The Assistant manager position is responsible for maintaining and operating a Company-owned retail facility in a safe, customer focused, and profitable manner. Support the Store Manager in daily operations, managing employees, and the store, especially when the manager is not in the store. This includes supervision and training of employees; trouble shooting daily close out and shift sales; and assisting Store Manager with shift coverages.
