Gusto is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for its Cloud Infrastructure team to shape architecture and automation. You will drive Infrastructure-as-Code patterns, AWS multi-account design, and resilient tooling that power Gusto products. The role suits DevOps/SRE professionals who enjoy problem solving and autonomy.

You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to improve reliability, security, and efficiency while embracing AI-assisted tooling and a strong on-call rotation.
