TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Marinette, Wisconsin, 54143!

Job Title: RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Rotating Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: 2 Years License: Paramedic License (WI/MI) Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH Must-Have: General ED skills Description: Looking for a candidate with a valid WI or MI paramedic license. The facility is a Level III Trauma Center with 99 beds. Covid vaccine is required. Patient types range from neonate to geriatrics. The ED handles all patient types and level III trauma cases. Patient ratios are 1:3-4 during the day and 1:5 at night. Support on the unit includes 1 CNA for every 17 patients and a charge nurse who takes patient assignments on night shifts. Phlebotomy is performed by RNs. Resource nurses and respiratory therapists are available 24/7, as well as hospitalists. Bedside and nurse station telemonitoring is provided. Paramedics will work in the ED when not responding to calls. The charting system used is EPIC, and Alaris IV Pumps and Pyxis are utilized. Weekend rotations required every other weekend. Holiday expectations and time-off requests are not available. Scrub colors can be of any choice. The ED has its own ambulance service and is part of a close-knit team within a rural hospital.
