Job Summary

ICU (Intensive Care Unit) Nurse – Anywhere USA

This ICU position involves providing critical care for adult patients with diverse diagnoses such as trauma, cardiac issues, overdose/substance abuse, sepsis, post-stent, pacemaker placement, stroke, vascular cases, renal failure, heart failure, and respiratory distress. The role requires managing a 33-bed unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2-3, utilizing advanced monitoring and ventilatory equipment.

Job Details

• Shift Time: Days, 12 hours
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, with self-scheduling available for core staff and travelers.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS; Education: 2 years of ICU experience; Location: Any US location; Experience: 2 years minimum.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ventilator management, titrating cardiac drips, and working in a Level 2 Trauma setting.
• Additional Responsibilities: Reading/interpretation of strips, monitoring brand GE, and troubleshooting nasal cannula to vent equipment.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must have a valid license to submit and be available to start on 11/16/2026 with a scheduled end date of 02/15/2027.
