Oversee horizontal directional drilling crews on a fast-paced fiber installation project. Must know HDD operations, safety, and field coordination.

> Understanding of fiber installation standards and depth requirements

> Ability to lead and coordinate drill crews and subcontractors

> Knowledge of utility locates and bore paths

> Skills in scheduling, production tracking, and problem-solving

> Ability to read prints, maps, and bore logs

> OSHA-aware

> Ability to Learn Project tracking app, "Penguin"
