Nurse RN or LPN Full or Part time. Day shift 10 hour shift. Job Summary The Nurse (RN or LPN) is responsible for providing direct nursing and personal care required to the resident, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants, and support in all activities of daily living that ensures the health, welfare, and safety of all residents of the facility. Monitoring residents’ condition and assessing their needs to provide the best possible treatment and care. Prepare and administer medication as ordered by the physician. Perform routine charting duties as required & in accordance with established charting & documentation policies & procedures. Admit, transfer and discharge residents as required.
