We are seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Packer at our Oil City location. This role involves packaging plastic bottles as they come off the production line, ensuring products meet quality standards and are prepared for shipment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a manufacturing environment, maintaining a steady pace throughout the shift with a strong attention to detail.

• Package plastic bottles as they come off production machines.
• Perform visual quality inspections to identify defects or inconsistencies.
• Count, stack, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate production issues to supervisors as needed.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move products throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or packaging experience.
• Experience working 12-hour shifts.

The work environment is a manufacturing facility producing plastic packaging products. Employees are required to wear a hairnet, safety glasses, and earplugs. The environment can be loud due to operating production machinery, and it is a fast-paced production setting with continuous machine operations. Standing for the majority of the shift is required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oil City, PA.

The pay range for this position is $16.40 - $16.40/hr.
