About the Role

The Company is seeking a Dean to provide strategic leadership and oversight for its academic programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a culture of academic excellence, leading faculty and staff in the development and implementation of innovative educational initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, student-centered learning experiences. The Dean will also be tasked with managing the budget, resources, and operations of the academic division, as well as representing the division in external partnerships and collaborations. Applicants for the Dean position at the company should have a Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree in a relevant field, with a strong record of scholarly achievement and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior academic leadership role. The role requires a visionary leader with a proven ability to inspire and support faculty and staff, as well as a deep understanding of the academic landscape and trends in higher education. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and the ability to effectively engage with a diverse student population. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential.
