- Execute radiographic and CT imaging techniques to produce critical diagnostic images that aid physicians in their assessments.
- Work hand-in-hand with radiologists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure the utmost precision in diagnoses.
- Position patients thoughtfully and fine-tune equipment for peak performance in imaging.
- Stringently follow radiation safety protocols to protect both patients and staff.
- Keep meticulous records of imaging endeavors and ensure equipment stays in optimal condition.
- Deliver compassionate care, helping patients feel secure and informed throughout the imaging process.
- Enhance a clean, organized, and efficient imaging environment to foster team success.
- A minimum of an Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is highly regarded.
- Successful completion of an accredited radiology program is essential.
- ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography is required.
- Current BLS certification or willingness to obtain it within 90 days post-hire.
- Strong grasp of diagnostic imaging protocols and dedicated to maintaining safety standards.
- Exceptional communication abilities with both patients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment and adaptable to shifting priorities.
- Keen attention to detail and an unwavering sense of responsibility.
- Familiarity with PACS, RIS, and the latest imaging technologies.
