Badger State Staffing is seeking a motivated and physically capable Material Handler for a full-time position based in Oshkosh. This hands-on role requires use of heavy machinery, including overhead cranes and forklifts, as well as precision equipment like metal saws, shears, and lasers. If you’re proficient in utilizing calipers to verify part tolerances and value cross training opportunities, then we encourage you to apply.

Primary Duties:

• Fill and prepare material orders for shipment
• Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, metal saws, shears, and lasers
• Complete necessary paperwork for job orders and quality control
• Utilize calipers to verify parts tolerances

Shift Requirements: Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

General Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Demonstrated consistent attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic
• Flexibility to work occasional overtime and adjust to changing priorities
