Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Salesperson to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a knack for building relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right vehicle to meet their needs.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of our vehicle inventory and the automotive market.
• Conduct test drives and provide detailed information on vehicle features and benefits.
• Negotiate sales agreements and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through follow-ups and exceptional service.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new models, and financing options.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent work ethic and a genuine willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
