About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Commercial Strategies and Initiatives to take on a pivotal leadership role in the advancement of value-based care. The role demands a visionary healthcare strategist with a proven track record in commercial strategy, product development, and go-to-market execution, particularly in the context of independent primary care. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Master's in Business Administration, and at least 15 years of progressive experience in healthcare strategy. The role requires deep knowledge of the healthcare landscape, particularly in the deployment of new capabilities within a healthcare enterprise, and a minimum of 8 years in a management role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading high-performing teams, experience in evaluating and optimizing healthcare products, and a demonstrated initiative in AI and tech strategies.
