Location Holmen - Hale Dr Position Type Part-Time Job Summary Join our Festival Foods Team as a Produce Clerk! Reports to Produce Department Manager. Provide excellent guest service and maintain store standards. Responsibilities Engage with guests, provide outstanding customer service in person and via phone. Maintain stock levels and display items per company standards, rotate products using FIFO. Maintain cleanliness & food safety on the sales floor and cooler; log temperatures and complete rotation sheets daily. Ensure produce supplies such as roll bags and twist ties are well-stocked; order specific products as needed. Perform other duties as needed to support the team. Honor commitments: regular, timely attendance and adequate notice for absences. Qualifications Customer Service Skills: Ability to engage guests and provide outstanding service. Communication: Good oral and written communication skills. Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. Safety Awareness: Understanding of safety requirements and ability to apply on‑the‑job safety training. Knowledge: Knowledge of the retail food business and perishable department operations. Physical Demands and Work Environment Lifting up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis. Full range of upper body motion. Work at a fast pace. May be exposed to extreme temperatures. Work Schedule Part‑time position, 28 hours a week or less. Shifts may include weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Benefits Associate Discount: 15% off groceries for you and your immediate household.
