Pharmacy Technician Trainee

Job Summary We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician Trainee to join a collaborative team focused on delivering safe, accurate, and efficient patient care. You will help build a service-oriented pharmacy environment by developing strong patient relationships and supporting department operations. Responsibilities Include Welcoming patients with compassion and a smile at all entry points. Providing excellent patient care by processing orders, directing questions to the pharmacist, and assisting with over-the-counter products. Maintaining a clean, organized work environment to meet regulatory standards. Supporting team tasks for efficient department functioning. Using pharmacy computer systems to manage prescriptions, inventory, and customer interactions. Assisting with initiatives to improve service outcomes and supporting company programs. Completing required training and complying with all policies, including HIPAA and drug sales regulations. Finalizing sales, accurately transcribing prescription data, and maintaining inventory levels. Answering phones professionally, resolving customer inquiries, and filing prescriptions daily. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Eligible for pharmacy technician registration. 0-6 months of experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
