Description: The physical therapist will be required to complete necessary documentation outside of the clearance packet before starting the assignment. Candidates from certain regions are allowed to work on a Compact License. If a candidate has worked with the company in a permanent or PRN capacity within the last year, they should be redirected, as they are not eligible to return until they have been separated for one year. Candidates with previous work history as a traveler or in a permanent/PRN position more than a year ago should provide their name and date of birth for eligibility confirmation. A commitment of 13 to 26 weeks is required. A completion bonus is available for new contractors who sign before the end of September. Equipment will be provided during the interview process. Dress code information will be provided on the first day. Candidates are expected to adhere to a normal urgency for this position.
