Director of Rehab - Full Time

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you'll recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy or Physical Therapist Assistant program for PT/PTA candidates; graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program for Director candidates.
- Active New York state license required to start for PT and Director roles.
- PTA candidates must hold active New York state PTA licensure.
- Director candidates must have prior leadership or clinic Director experience.
- Experience working in outpatient physical therapy preferred.

Clinic Overview
- Multi-location outpatient physical therapy clinic experiencing growth.
- Multiple roles available to support continued expansion, including PT, PTA, and Clinic Director positions.
- Team-based environment. PTAs manage independent caseloads. Techs assist with modalities and exercise support.
- Caseload primarily treats musculoskeletal conditions including back, neck, shoulders, knees, hips, and elbows.
- Patient age range mainly in their 40s–70s; youth athletes are seen after school hours.
- Treatment model emphasizes 1:1 care, no double booking, typically two patients per hour.

- EMR: Prompt.
