Nurse Practitioner (Cardiology) Inpatient & Outpatient Opportunities

Position Overview We are seeking two full-time Nurse Practitioners to join our growing cardiology team: Inpatient NP – supporting hospital-based care Outpatient NP – supporting clinic operations in St. Charles / Lake St. Louis and St. Louis, MO Both roles offer the opportunity to work alongside experienced cardiologists in a collaborative, team-based environment focused on improving patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments, diagnoses, and management of cardiovascular conditions Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and preventative care Order and interpret diagnostic tests and monitor patient progress Deliver high-quality, compassionate care aligned with organizational standards Qualifications Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license (Missouri required; Illinois preferred) Board certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Cardiology experience or strong interest in cardiovascular care preferred Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team-based care model Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing required Compensation & Benefits Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 (based on experience) 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Schedule Monday–Friday On-call rotation: approximately every 10–14 days Weekend coverage: approximately 1 weekend per month Practice Setting Inpatient and outpatient cardiology care Opportunities to work across multiple sites within the St. Charles and St. Louis markets #J-18808-Ljbffr
