Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Expertise:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Active OT license in Florida, or eligibility to obtain
• Experience or strong interest in working within school, healthcare, home health, or teletherapy settings
• Comfortable adapting interventions to meet individual student needs across general and special education populations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply—mentorship and support provided for growth

Role and Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessment, intervention, and consultation services for K-12 students in accordance with IEP goals and district guidelines
• Develop individualized therapy plans to enhance students’ academic success and participation in school activities
• Utilize evidence-based practices in both direct and consultative therapy models (in-person or teletherapy, as needed)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create accessible learning environments
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation and progress notes as required by state and district policies
• Participate in ongoing team meetings and professional development to stay current in OT best practices
