General Anesthesiologist - Lexington, Kentucky

Location: Lexington, Kentucky Employment Type: Full-Time | 1099 Independent Contractor Compensation: $550,000 annually

A well-established ambulatory surgical center in the Lexington, Kentucky area is seeking a skilled and experienced General Anesthesiologist to join their outstanding team. • Administer anesthesia for a bread and butter case mix including orthopedic and general surgery cases with a strong focus on regional anesthesia techniques
• Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans tailored to each patient's needs
• Monitor patient vital signs continuously throughout procedures and make real-time adjustments to ensure optimal patient safety and comfort
• Collaborate with a collegial team of surgeons and healthcare professionals committed to delivering the highest standard of perioperative care
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of anesthesia care and patient records in compliance with all regulatory standards

• Compensation: $550,000 annually - 1099 independent contractor
• Vacation: 8 weeks off annually
• No call. No nights. Approx. 40 hours a week.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology - preferred
• Strong clinical skills with extensive knowledge of anesthesia principles, techniques, and medications
• Demonstrated experience with regional anesthesia techniques
• Active Kentucky medical license or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
