Door-to-Door Outside Sales Representative – Internet Services
Full-Time W-2 | $41,600–$45,000 Base + Uncapped Commission | $80K Target OTE
MMC Group is seeking motivated and experienced Door-to-Door Outside Sales Representatives for a growing residential internet provider operating across multiple Texas markets.
Representatives are assigned a defined local territory and receive approximately 500–600 warm leads each month . You will only visit serviceable residential addresses where internet infrastructure is already available. This allows you to focus on customer education, relationship development, and closing new accounts rather than randomly canvassing unqualified neighborhoods.
Compensation
- $41,600–$45,000 annual base salary
- Uncapped commission
- Enhanced commission opportunity during the 90-day ramp period
- Approximately $80,000 target annual earnings
- $100,000+ potential for top performers
- $200 vehicle allowance per pay period
- Monthly performance bonuses
- Customer referral and upselling incentives
Schedule
- Five working days per week
- 11:00 AM–8:00 PM
- One-hour lunch
- Approximately two hours allocated to administrative work
- Saturdays are mandatory
- Two varying weekdays off
This is not a Monday-through-Friday position. Applicants must be able to consistently work Saturdays and the complete assigned schedule.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person residential internet sales presentations.
- Visit approximately 50 assigned addresses per day.
- Complete multiple passes on assigned leads when necessary.
- Explain service options, pricing, installation, and customer benefits.
- Answer questions and overcome customer objections.
- Close new accounts and work toward a monthly target of 24 installations.
- Encourage same-day or next-day installation when available.
- Record customer interactions and sales activity in Spotio CRM.
- Complete required administrative responsibilities each day.
- Consistently meet activity, installation, attendance, and performance expectations.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and MVR review
- Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions
- Availability to work Saturdays and the 11:00 AM–8:00 PM schedule
- Previous door-to-door, canvassing, field sales, or residential sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working under commission and performance goals
- Ability to work independently within an assigned territory
Preferred Experience
We are especially interested in candidates with D2D sales experience involving:
- Internet or telecommunications
- Roofing
- Pest control
- Solar or energy
- Home security
- Home improvement services
Candidates must understand the persistence, physical activity, rejection, and daily accountability involved in a true door-to-door sales position.

Training Availability
Applicants must be available for the following initial training schedule:
- Monday–Tuesday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Wednesday–Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Training includes classroom instruction, field shadowing, and direct supervisor support.
