PC Support Technician

This is an on-site role.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm (on-site)
*Description*
This role is a customer-focused phone support role responsible for providing software and technical assistance to end users in a fast-paced environment. This position requires excellent communication and customer service skills, strong autonomy, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The role is primarily focused on phone and software support, with no hardware repair or deployment responsibilities.
*Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:*
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support via phone and other communication channels.
- Provide troubleshooting and support for mobile devices, software applications, and PC-related issues.
- Communicate effectively with customers, training room participants, KIOS users, IT Service Center teams, and other stakeholders.
- Perform administrative tasks, including calendar management, scheduling, and email coordination.
- Demonstrate strong accountability, time management, and professionalism while working independently, especially during periods of limited supervision.
- Maintain a consistent customer-focused presence throughout the entire shift and ensure support coverage is uninterrupted.
- Possess reliable transportation, with occasional travel to Everett for training and support activities.

The ideal candidate is highly reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently without direct oversight. They are software-focused, possess strong customer-facing communication skills, and thrive in a phone support environment. Success in this role requires initiative, dependability, and a commitment to delivering excellent support throughout the assigned shift.
Must be able to pass a drug (non-THC) and 7 year lived background check. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card/Permanent Resident per end clients' contractual agreement.
