About Beyond Pediatric TherapyBeyond Pediatric Therapy is a multidisciplinary private practice dedicated to empowering children and families. Our team provides a wide range of services including speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, feeding therapy, mental health counseling, early childhood education, and nutrition counseling.
We believe in a family-centered, play-based approach that helps each child thrive while keeping therapy engaging and fun. Our supportive and collaborative culture ensures that both new and experienced clinicians feel valued, inspired, and connected.
What You'll Do• Provide individualized speech and language therapy to pediatric clients in a clinic-based setting
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and create developmentally appropriate treatment plans
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions focused on communication, articulation, feeding, AAC, and social skills
• Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care
• Document sessions, progress notes, and reports in a timely, compliant manner
• Participate in team meetings, mentorship sessions, and professional development opportunities

• Direct supervision and mentorship from experienced CCC-SLPs
• Weekly 1:1 supervision and ongoing feedback
• Opportunities to observe seasoned therapists across settings
• Collaboration with Occupational, Physical, and Mental Health Therapists for a multidisciplinary experience
• Continuing education and clinical growth opportunities
• Supportive administrative systems so you can focus on learning and client care
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program (graduating by June 2026)
• Eligibility for Delaware SLP Licensure and Clinical Fellowship Certificate through ASHA
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for working with children and families
