Job Title Registered Nurse Address Meridian, MS Job Description Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for well, chronic, or acutely ill individuals in community or small facility settings. Coordinate with health professionals to develop and evaluate health programs and services. Order, review, monitor, and discontinue medications as prescribed, ensuring policies are followed. Provide progress reports to physicians when client conditions change. Transcribe physician orders and complete nursing documentation on a routine basis. Supervise activities of licensed practical/vocational nurses as needed. Maintain health and safety standards for furnishings, equipment, and supplies to prevent disease spread. Shift M-F 8am-5pm, some weekends may be required On-site work environment No on-call schedule. Remote work not specified.
