Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating internal and external communications, ensuring brand consistency, and supporting strategic initiatives across multiple departments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects that connect our mission with our audience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain internal and external communication materials aligned with brand standards.
- Assist in planning and executing company communications strategies and campaigns.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Prepare press releases, reports, and presentations for company announcements and events.
- Support leadership with internal communications, employee newsletters, and announcements.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts to suggest improvements.
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong document preparation skills. Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
