Discover opportunities to make a difference at RTX.The Airborne Sensor RF Design Department is seeking talented engineers with the skills and passion to develop complex Radio Frequency (RF) systems, subsystems and components, including antennas, RF circuit card assemblies, radomes, and RF test-equipment. A successful candidate is one who functions in a multi-disciplined team, properly applies engineering tools and processes, and is a self-motivated problem solver with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. This is an entry-level Mechanical Engineer position for an individual with educational experience and professional interest in the application of technical mechanical standards, principles, concepts, and techniques. This position is located in McKinney, TX and is an onsite role.What You Will DoCollaborate in a multi-discipline team setting to solve complex engineering problemsCreate 3D CAD models and engineering drawings for RF product designsDevelop prototype hardware designs and coordinating fabricationPerform hands on integration and test support for prototype hardwareHold design and drawing reviews with peers and subject matter expertsQualifications You Must HaveMaster's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace, Engineering Science, Physics, Math, or related (STEM) major obtained by start date.Experience with 3D CAD designExperience with Creo ParametricExperience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
