$65,000+ First-Year Income Potential Base + Uncapped Commissions + Full Benefits • Company Vehicle & Tech Provided

If you have consultative sales experience and enjoy meeting customers in their homes, AccuAir Heating & Cooling is looking for you. No HVAC experience is required - we will fully train the right person. This is your chance to build a high-earning sales career with a stable, locally owned company that truly supports its team.
What You'll Earn
- $65,000+ first-year income potential (base + uncapped commissions + bonuses)
- Experienced HVAC sales professionals can earn significantly more

Schedule & Flexibility

What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners in their homes for personalized consultations
- Present high-quality heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions
- Build trust, understand customer needs, and close sales
- Manage your own sales pipeline and follow up professionally
What You Need
- 2+ years of consultative or retail sales experience
- Comfortable presenting and selling directly to customers in their homes
- Valid driver's license with clean, insurable driving record
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Positive "can-do" attitude and professional appearance
Nice-to-Haves
- 5+ years of retail or outside sales experience
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to succeed
