Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Schedule:  Full Time | 5 days per week | 2 consecutive days off | Weekend availability required

Hours: 2:00pm start time - until needed

Position Summary

Our client is currently screening candidates for their Premier Swing Shift—a high-performance role reserved for their strongest and most dependable selectors. 

This role features a 90-Day Accelerated Wage Program, allowing new hires to scale their pay directly with their performance. It is designed for individuals who:

Pay, Progression & Benefits

Accelerated Starting Pay Structure:

Days 1–30: $21.00/hour - Achieve 85+ cases/hr | Max 2.0 errors per 1,000 cases | Max 25% Gap
Days 31–60: $22.00/hour - Achieve 92+ cases/hr | Max 1.5 errors per 1,000 cases | Max 22% Gap
Days 61–90: $23.00/hour - Achieve 100+ cases/hr | Max 1.2 errors per 1,000 cases | Max 18% Gap

After 90 Days: $24.00/hour - Consistently maintain 100+ cases/hr, 1.2 errors/1,000 cases, and 18% Gap (Management reserves the right to accelerate progression for top performers)

Bonuses Upon Conversion

$250–$375 in performance bonuses tied to hitting performance goals

Additional $1.00-$2.00 per hour for exceeding productivity goals

Essential Job Duties

Accurately select customer orders using a voice-directed system
Operate electric pallet jacks safely and efficiently
Stack, label, and shrink-wrap pallets to meet shipping and quality standards
Consistently meet or exceed required KPIs, including productivity, accuracy, and gap performance
Monitor personal performance metrics and make real-time adjustments to maintain standards
Follow all safety procedures, GMPs, and company policies at all times
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Paid Training

Weekly competitions with prizes
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
At least 6 months of electric riding pallet jack experience
At least 1 year of warehouse distribution experience
Ability to lift 50–70 lbs. repeatedly
Ability to push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs. consistently
Comfortable working in cold and wet environments (20-30 degrees)
Basic English comprehension required
Non-slip footwear required

All job offers are contingent upon passing a drug screening, including THC. All bonuses are paid out upon successful completion of temp to hire contract.
