You don't need years of estimating experience—we're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent computer skills, excitement about technology, and a determination to learn. You’ll work side-by-side with our seasoned estimator, gaining hands-on experience preparing competitive bids for commercial construction projects while developing the skills needed to become a successful estimator. What You’ll Do Contact subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing Build relationships with trade partners Assist with preparing bids and proposals Organize bid documents and project information Learn how to interpret plans and specifications Support pre-bid meetings and estimating activities Develop the skills to become a commercial construction estimator We’re Looking For Someone Who Isn’t afraid to pick up the phone—and will make dozens of calls if that’s what it takes Has strong computer and organizational skills Is naturally curious and enjoys learning and technology Takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do Is persistent and enjoys solving problems Communicates professionally with customers and trade partners Wants a long-term career, not just a paycheck Construction Experience?
