OTR Flatbed Company driver (W-2) Job in Bettendorf, IA by HMD Trucking
$1,505 - $2,175 per weekFull-time
HMD Trucking
Requirements - 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
Vacancy description
Operate flatbed freight routes from Bettendorf, IA with HMD Trucking.
Pilot our 500+ vehicle fleet—APUs, inverters, sleeper cabs, removable rider seats, and comprehensive maintenance support.
Job Duties:
- Deliver flatbed shipments nationwide
- Secure and tarp loads correctly
- Maintain logs and comply with safety guidelines
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base pay of $0.70/mile plus $0.10 safety/productivity bonus
- $5,000 sign-on bonus
- Regular home time and extensive benefits package
You’ll need a Class A CDL and a minimum of 12 months OTR flatbed experience.
