Alliance Dealer Solutions is hiring experienced detailers for our automotive dealership partners. As a Detailer, you play a vital role in maintaining the appearance and condition of vehicles, ensuring they are spotless and ready for display or delivery. Your attention to detail and dedication will enhance the overall customer experience and uphold the dealership's reputation.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and detail both the exterior and interior of vehicles, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing.
• Conduct visual inspections of vehicles for any damages or imperfections before detailing and report any issues to management.
• Use appropriate cleaning techniques and products to ensure vehicles are spotless and free of streaks.
• Clean and condition all interior surfaces, including seats, carpets, mats, dashboards, and upholstery.
• Wash, wax, and polish the exterior, paying special attention to rims, tires, windows, and chrome.
• Clean the engine bay area to ensure it is free of dirt and grime.
• Dry vehicles using chamois or drying towels to prevent water spots.
• Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are well-maintained and stocked.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and the dealership lot.
• Safely move vehicles as needed for detailing or positioning on the lot, ensuring keys are stored properly.
• Occasionally interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any inquiries or directing them to the appropriate personnel.
• Keep accurate records of vehicles detailed and any issues encountered.
• Perform other tasks as required to ensure the smooth operation of the dealership.

Qualifications
