Job Overview We’re looking for an energetic, motivated Sales Specialist (On-Site) who wants more than just a job, but a clear path for growth. In this role, you would represent our agency in person, build trust with customers, and guide them through needs-based conversations to help match them with the right coverage.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage a sales pipeline through inbound leads, outbound prospecting, referrals, and community networking

Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate coverage options

Quote, present, and close new policies, including Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Life, and/or Commercial

Track follow-ups and activity in CRM

Support retention through policy reviews and coverage updates

Maintain compliance and required documentation

Preferred Qualifications

Sales experience preferred; insurance experience is a plus

Strong communication skills and comfort with phone-based sales

Goal-oriented, coachable, and consistent in follow-through

Ability to learn products and explain coverage clearly

P&C and/or Life/Health license required, or ability to obtain before start date
