Senior General Superintendent - Hyperscale Data Center

Build People is representing a nationally recognized General Contractor seeking an experienced General Superintendent in Lubbock, TX. This is a key role for a landmark 500,000-square-foot, 150MW hyperscale data center project valued over $1 billion. The successful candidate will lead site operations, ensuring safety, quality, scheduling, and subcontractor performance from start to finish. This position requires 15+ years of construction experience, with at least 5 years as a Superintendent on large-scale projects.
