We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a vital role in assessing, designing, and implementing behavior therapy interventions for special children. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to improving the lives of children and families. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Create behavior intervention plans based on functional behavior assessments. Implement behavior therapy interventions and collect data to track progress. Collaborate with our psychologists, therapists, and educators to develop comprehensive treatment goals. Stay current on the latest research and advancements in behavior analysis and incorporate them into practice. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on client progress and treatment plans. Requirements Must hold a valid Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Demonstrated experience working with children with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges. Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and methodologies.
