Maintenance Manager
We are seeking a hands-on, visible Maintenance Manager to lead a team of 7 Maintenance Technicians and 1 Maintenance Coordinator in a three-shift manufacturing operation. This position will oversee daily maintenance activities, equipment reliability, troubleshooting, and maintenance programs while providing consistent leadership and support to the maintenance team.
Requirements of the Maintenance Manager
10+ years of industrial electrical/mechanical maintenance experience preferred
3–5+ years of maintenance supervisory experience preferred
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Ability to read schematics and blueprints
Experience with Allen-Bradley controls; Indramat, Profibus, and Mitsubishi experience is a plus
Knowledge of industrial facility systems, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Microsoft Word and Excel experience preferred
Ability to work additional hours or weekends when needed
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Manager
Lead and supervise daily maintenance activities
Manage preventive maintenance schedules and work orders
Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment
Monitor equipment performance and minimize downtime
Coordinate maintenance needs with production and operations
Work with vendors, contractors, and service technicians
Maintain maintenance records and documentation
Support facility projects, safety initiatives, and continuous improvement
Schedule & Coverage
Monday through Friday, three-shift operation
Saturday maintenance coverage is required
Quarterly Sunday coverage for OEM vendors
Flexible schedule based on business needs
Manager is responsible for ensuring appropriate weekend leadership coverage but is not necessarily required to work every weekend
1st shift, DIRECT HIRE
Pay is $100,000 - $135,000 annually, based on experience
