  • Executive Visibility & Thought Leadership: Partner with the Senior Manager of Content to develop narratives that elevate executive profiles and align with nVent’s brand.

  • Coordinated Storytelling: Collaborate with our business segment marketing leaders, internal communications, HR, and IR to identify and amplify compelling stories that can support PR efforts and be used across other internal and external platforms (i.e. employee intranet, social media, etc.).

  • Performance Analytics: Lead all aspects of PR reporting and measurement, using data-driven insights to justify and refine communication strategies.

  • Proven track record of developing compelling, multimodal stories, spanning written content, executive communications, and visual media, that resonate across diverse audiences.

  • Experience managing external PR agencies, with a track record of holding partners accountable to clear performance benchmarks.

  • Comfort using data and sentiment analysis to measure impact and guide strategy, with experience presenting insights to senior leadership.
