Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid and current state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience in school-based settings or comparable pediatric caseloads preferred
• Ability to support students with a range of speech, language, fluency, and social communication needs
• Teletherapy skills or comfort with virtual service platforms (preferred but training available)
• CFY candidates encouraged to apply with appropriate clinical supervision available
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills

Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

• Evaluate students to determine speech-language needs and develop IEP goals in collaboration with school teams
• Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups, both in-person and/or virtually
• Conduct assessments, progress monitoring, and maintain accurate records in compliance with all regulations
• Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and school staff to maximize student outcomes
• Consult with general and special education staff to support student engagement and inclusion
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary decision-making
