• Our drivers have the potential to earn up to $110,000 annually, which includes incentive pay.
• New hires can receive a SIGN-ON Bonus of $10,000 for those with over a year of experience, and $5,000 for those with less than a year.

JOB SUMMARY

We are currently seeking reliable local CDL A Delivery Truck Drivers to operate tractor-trailers safely and efficiently. Drivers will manually unload and deliver a variety of products, including meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, and dry goods, to customer locations according to an assigned route schedule. Our drivers foster positive relationships with customers through their friendly demeanor and become well-acquainted with their operations to effectively meet their needs and expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.

• Successful completion of employment testing is required.

• A valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) is necessary, along with a driving record that meets the organization's insurability criteria.

• Drivers must be able to read and communicate in English sufficiently to interact with the public, comprehend highway traffic signs, respond to official inquiries, and complete reports and records.

• Ability to handle touch freight, which may involve lifting, pushing, or moving products weighing between 40-60 pounds, and occasionally up to 100 pounds.

• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.

Preferred Requirements

• One year of customer delivery experience is preferred.

• Six months of experience with hand carts or hand trucks is preferred.

• Six months of experience in the Food and Beverage industry is preferred.

• A consistent work history of at least two years is preferred.
