Laboratory Technician

Millsboro, DE Onsite Contract Starts 9/28/2026 Ends 3/19/2027 Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Lab Technician for an Onsite position with a Major Pharmaceutical Company located in Millsboro, DE. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. This role involves following Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures to perform advanced laboratory services within various manufacturing areas. The successful candidate will work with a variety of manufacturing equipment, assist with setup and operation, and maintain concurrent documentation. Responsibilities: Work with a variety of manufacturing equipment while completing processes throughout the manufacturing cycle Assist with equipment setup and operation Perform manual and/or automated operations, general maintenance, and support functions Weigh, formulate, and fill different Media Preparations Perform housekeeping in all work areas and execute facility decontamination according to approved procedures Maintain concurrent record keeping including charts, log books, and all pertinent documentation Identify and address compliance, environmental, safety, and process deviations as appropriate while notifying appropriate personnel Demonstrate safe work habits and maintain a safe work environment Assist in weekly reports as assigned Requirements: Ability to operate manufacturing equipment with training Strong attention to detail and documentation skills General knowledge of reading, mathematics, and computer skills Ability to communicate and work in cooperation with other employees in a manufacturing environment Successful completion of a Physical Abilities Test Pay range: up to$22.33 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) employees will be considered for this position.
